Spaghetti is one of those newly restaurant that sprouts up at MidValley not too long ago and I was not aware that it’s there until I read from some blog and got to know that it’s actually a new place opened by Chillis. So on the last day of May’s maternity leave, we head to MidValley for some last minute shopping and then drop by here to have a quick lunch.
Despite it’s name, they also serve a variety of pizza as well. And the best thing currently at Spaghetti is, they are having lunch and dinner sets at RM9.95 and RM19.95 per set respectively. It’s a good bargain, as you get to choose a variety of mains from their extensive list.
Kayden here chilling out while we were ordering our lunch.
Jasmin with Spaghetti Grill menu.
Despite the cheap set lunch, the Kid’s menu is even cheaper. Jasmin ordered Macaroni & Cheese, one of her favourite. Taste not bad and equivalent to the one that is served at Chillis.
Chicken Strip Salad, which is tasted quite good with crunchy lettuce and Honey Mustard. (Do note that I ordered this on my 1st visit)
On my 2nd visit, I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese, something traditional which taste quite ok with minced chicken meat and a piece of garlic bread.
May ordered the Calzone on the 1st visit, which looked like a giant curry puff only it’s done the Italian way. Very good and definitely recommended. The portion is quite small but just nice enough. I could imagine that if it’s ala carte, the Calzone will definitely be bigger.
On the 2nd visit, May ordered Hawaiian Chicken pizza, which is thin crust and crunchy and very flavourful.
Kayden eyeing on the pizza. Yums!
Here’s him, spotting a Guitar Hero wannabe!
Strumming to the max, hmm maybe a guitarist when he grows up?
There you have it, Spaghetti Grill a nice place if you can’t find a place at Chillis’ because the food tasted quite the same as well. And from what I read, they served Ice Cold Guinness as well. With their promo lunch at RM9.95, I won’t hesitate to go back there again and try their Triple Play equivalent from Chillis’.
