Woay, I think my first double post on the blog. Anyways, just a quick update on my fitness progress.
Been making some steady progress with my BMI results. Looked it had dropped from 30.63 to 30.58. That’s about loosing 1lb for the previous week. Not too bad given the amount of food I taken over the weekend. And looks like the jogging and walking and cutting on calories is working. Well till my next tracking.
