A long long time ago, I used to hit the gym 3 times a week. And I used to be able to run on the cross-trainer for about 45 minutes. But that was like almost a year ago. And that’s how long since I have quit the gym. Well, not that it didn’t yield any result, just that I don’t think I got the discipline to do well. And to think that I have actually spent close to RM10k, there’s so much things I can do with that amount of money. But then again, it’s history.
After I quit the gym last year, I bought myself a Wii + Wii Fit. But then things got busy for the wedding and I just chucked the whole thing aside. And of course, people do said that after you get married, you will actually ‘fatt fook’. I think somehow that is true, if not how do you explained me going to 0.1 tonne.
Although I did mentioned sometime back I wanted to get fit, it never materialise until the last 2 week. I took out my dusty Wii Balance Board and weigh myself. Yup, still 0.1 tonne. So I am determined to really loose some weight this time and set to loose 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I also cut down on some of the food. Apart from the Nasi Lemak last Saturday lar.
And this week, we started hitting the park. Yesterday we went biking while today we head for a jog. And somehow I couldn’t believe that I actually ran close to 3km around the park. Not to mention I also noticed a lot of things to snap as well in the park. So in the end what to I get?
