Throughout the last few weeks, I think I have grown sideways. Since I quit the gym 6 months ago, I have not been exercising regularly.
As I mentioned in my previous post, this will be one of my resolution this year. To get fit. And by how? I think I have to utilize my Wiifit. Will make it a point to post my result frequently on this blog and hopefully this will be a motivation to get back in shape.
Already started morning walk today for an hour. Not too tiring mainly because it’s just walking. Will monitor this and see how it goes. And if all goes well, hopefully can buy a mountain bike and start cycling again.
