JD Cooks ~ A Simple Valentine Dinner
Come Valentine’s Day, normally restaurant will charge diners ridiculously high prices for anything you order and the portion will definitely be so small that you will need to go to a friendly Hokkien Mee stall for supper. This is actually the 1st year we celebrate Valentine’s Day with Kayden, as last year Valentine’s was on the 1st day of CNY. No one is cooking at home so I’ve decided to have a simple dinner. Jordan’s Valentine’s Day Menu Simple and Easy Caesar Salad Spaghetti Aglio Olio Baked Pork Chop The whole theme is simple, because with Kayden around, we need to be fast. The ingredients for Spaghetti Aglio Olio is easy, Olive Oil, Garlic, Dried Chilies and spaghetti and that’s all you need. Just have to make sure that the spaghetti is properly cooked. Also that the dried chilies are soak with water before cooking. And then it’s just a matter of adding the olive oil, garlic, the chilies and the spaghetti together. The end result is quite alright.
