Ever since I tasted the best popcorn in Singapore last year, I missed it a lot and wish that it’s going to open an outlet here in KL and by end of last year, my prayers were answered since they open an outlet at Suria KLCC.
The outlet is located opposite Maybank and Uniqlo at KLCC and trust me, once you come out from the escalator, your nose will lead you to the shop.
On my first visit, I made a mistake of not buying it when there’s no crowd and by the time I want to buy some, the queue is super long and I went back home empty handed. So this time, I quickly bought it as soon as I saw the shop.
Little girl super excited about the Cheesecorn. The selection ranges from Cheesecorn to Caramel Crisp and a few more. Price starts from RM16 for a small packet all the way to RM140+ for a gallon, that’s a lot of popcorn if you ask me.
As for me, just get a pack of Chicago Mix and off I go.
The Chicago Mix is a combination of Cheesecorn and Caramel Crisp popcorn, apparently that’s the way how the locals eat it, cheese and caramel, what an odd combination.
The Cheesecorn is cheesy, and it’s pretty weird the first time I tried it but after a while, it taste just like Cheezels.
The Caramel Crisp is crunchy and sweet, and surprisingly, the Chicago Mix goes pretty well together!
Now that Garrett Popcorn is here, I don’t need to go all the way down to Singapore to get my popcorn fix anymore!
