Sometime last week, I need to send in my car to the tint shop for warranty as my passenger’s window’s tint is jagged and difficult to see. While my car is being re-tint, I’ve met up May for lunch around the area.
Mama Mia, is located on the same row as Poh Kong and Standard Charter Bank in State and May had mentioned that the place is good and cheap for lunch.
The menu is a combination of Chinese and Western food and price range from RM8 to RM20 depending on selection.
A bistro and Hong Kong Char Chan Teng setup.
Upon recommendation from May, I ordered the Fried Mee Suah.
There’s a lot of ‘Wok Hei’ in this dish and I like the Mee Suah texture. Despite being RM9.50, it’s packed with loads of ingredients like prawn, fish slice and fish paste.
May wanted to be a vegetarian for a day, so she ordered the Fried Mee with Mushroom which turn out pretty well as well.
The price is consider fair, and I don’t mind paying them a visit when I’m around the area.
