Introducing my new MBP (short form for MackBook Pro). Since I’ve been doing some photo editing for the past year or so, I thought that this would be a good investment in the months to come.
Not to mention that my Compaq is not as durable as I would like it to be. Even on a full charge, the max that the laptop can last is about 1 hour or even less, serve me right for not heeding the advises from people at Lowyatnet as that time.

I don’t intend the get the MBP so soon (although for the past few weeks, I have been going in and out of Machines & EpiCentre a lot) because I thought that with the price tag of RM3,899, I could wait, at least until after my Taiwan trip.
However, on Tuesday night, while I was browsing through LowYat.net, I came across this seller that is selling the same MacBook for RM3,700 so I decided to meet up to get it without thinking twice.

I’ve just set it up yesterday’s afternoon and then left it to be charged for the initial 8 hours. And as I’m writing this post right now, I’m downloading the firmware for the Mac OS X.
But so far, everything is good and I’m looking forward to be blogging from the Mac soon. Wish me luck in finding a good replacement for Windows Live Writer.
