Christmas is here and me and my bunch of friends are already packed and gone home. This shows that we are getting a little bit old. Have just cooked a simple dinner just now, pictures to follow later.
By the way, before I forget, Happy Christmas everyone and may all your wishes comes true!
Ok aside from Christmas greetings, this day last week me and May were busy shopping for CNY clothes and since some of my Amex friends are working, we met up for lunch at Pavilion, at this place called Grandmama Kitchen.
It’s a little bit like Madam Kwan’s (I would say about 80% the same because they even have Nasi Bojari!) and quite a nice place to eat.
Sher Lin ordered Penang Assam Laksa, look-wise, quite ok.
Both Jiun and Yim ordered Sang Har Noodles, one big prawn and the gravy although looked like tomato soup, but it’s actually the ‘har gou’. I think should be quite good!
May and I shared the Fish Head Mee Hoon, which is quite ok. Although I would prefer Fish Paste instead of Fish Head lar.
I think Bryan must be a rice person lar, because there are so many choices but he ended up ordering Fried Rice.

I didn’t try the Nasi Bojari so I couldn’t compare it with Madam Kwan’s, but I will recommend this place if you are tired of the same thing at Madam Kwan’s. The shop is located at the 6th Floor, opposite the Blue Cube outlet.
Once again, Happy Christmas!
