After being 5 years with my company, I am thinking to myself, is it a good time to make a move, change of environment and hope for a higher pay? I am not entirely sure myself. With the credit crunch just around the corner (some countries where it’s has arrived), I am not entirely sure.

Well I will need to find a post that is able to cover my 5 figure incentive bonus, provided it is not affected by the downturn. So I am actually contemplating what I should do.

Emotionally, I literally grew with the company throughout the previous 5 years, enjoyed my time working there. But of course, no one will be complacent to be in one place for that long (although I stand corrected!)

So if you were me, when is a good time to leave?
