Have you ever go to the gym to read? Or to chat? A few weeks back when I was working out on the cross-ramp machine in Midvalley, happily comes 3 gym-hoppers trying on the thread-mill. And guess what they are holding on their hand, nope not a magazine, I mean magazine is still acceptable coz you might get bored while you are running on the mill but what the heck, one of the girl is carrying lecture notes!

I was like er, are you going to revise for your final exam tomorrow and yet you still want to come for a workout. Ok, it’s still alright if you can multitask between running on the thread-mill, reading your lecture notes and memorizing it. But no, not even after 5 mins she started reading, she closed the lecture notes and start chatting with her 2 guy friends. I mean crap right? Guess this is what happened if you keep giving free trials to people who are gym-hoppers.
